 How
are the Express Shipping rates calculated?
Our discounted express shipping rates are applied to the shipping
charge of ground rates, our default shipping method. This
means that if your order is over $50.00 ground shipping is
free, so the charge is the rate as shown on our website. If
your order is under $50.00 ground shipping is $5.95, so the
charge is the rate as shown on our website plus $5.95.
When
will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00pm EST generally ship the same day,
barring any problems during processing. Orders placed after
2:00pm EST will generally ship the next day. If there are
difficulties with your order due to credit card, billing,
or shipping information, we will ship your package as soon
as possible once those errors have been remedied.
How
can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will be notified via email. Your
email will contain a direct link for you to easily track your
package. Also, a phone number is provided so you can call
and speak with a friendly representative who will be able
to tell you exactly where your package is and when you can
expect to receive it.
What
is considered a shipping day?
A shipping day is the next business day following the day
the shipment is picked up. Business days occur Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays. This means that if you place your
order Monday at 10:00am, the first "shipping day"
will be Tuesday.

can I expect to receive my order?
