How do I search your site?
We have two easy methods to help you quickly find what you are looking for:

• Search by Product Category
  You can look through our entire selection of a specific group of items (ex. Weather Radios) by clicking on the appropriate category in the bar above.

• Search by Specific Item
  At the top of the page is our QuickSearch bar. Just type in a one or two word description of the product (ex. ExactSet Clock) you are seeking or type in the model number of the product (ex. WR102) and click on "Find It".
  

Do you charge Sales Tax?
One of the unique advantages of shopping with WeatherConnection.com is that we do not charge for sales tax on any order as there is no Sales Tax in Oregon.

Online Ordering vs. Callback Ordering
Often customers ask us which is a better option: Submitting your credit card information online or by using our Callback feature and having a representative from our company call you for your credit card number and complete your order over the phone.

Both options are very secure, but we understand that some customers do not wish to give their credit card numbers out over the Internet. Our Callback service is perfect for these folks! Pick the products that you would like, select "Callback Service", enter in your billing and shipping addresses, and submit your order. Once we receive your order, we will call you back during business hours to get your credit card information.

However, if you do not mind submitting your credit card information over the internet, we suggest that you do so. Online orders tend to be shipped faster than Callback orders do. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at weather@weatherconnection.com.

Which sensors work with my weather instrument?

Can I get a replacement user manual?
If you need to replace a missing instruction manual for your product(s), please contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement booklet.

WeatherConnection.com does not currently stock instruction manuals.

Do you have a catalog available?
Currently, WeatherConnection.com does not have a printed catalog available. We are continually updating our product information to keep it as up-to-date as possible. Unfortunately, these changes would cause any printed catalog to be out of date as soon as it was printed.

We also feel that making the web site interactive makes WeatherConnection more convenient and more interesting than a printed catalog.

We do accept phone orders and you can speak with a live customer service representative at our store in Cannon Beach, Oregon, by calling (800)414-8655 between 10 AM and 6 PM, Pacific time. Of course you can also order 24 hours a day, seven days a week over our secure server.

Will your products work where I live?
WeatherConnection.com sells many products and most of them will work internationally. However, we suggest that for any "Radio Controlled" or "ExactSet" product, you try to find a similar product in your area that will set itself to the Atomic Clock signals near you. The US Atomic Clock signal will send information to any clock in the 48 Contiguous United States. We do not recommend ExactSet products for use in Alaska or Hawaii.

Also, our NOAA weather radios only pick up weather forecasts from NWS (National Weather Service) broadcast towers. These are only available in the United States and are not guaranteed to be able to pick up any signal elsewhere in the world.

I had several items in my cart, but they disappeared. What happened?
To protect your safety, WeatherConnection uses timed cookies. If your page is inactive for more than 20 minutes, cookies on your computer will reset themselves to protect our customers' information wherever they may be.
