Instructions
All returned items must be in their
original packaging and in salable condition. Returns will
not be accepted without a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number. You can request an RMA# here.
Please follow these steps
in order to make a return:
- Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
(Note: NO returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number).
- Once you have received your RMA# via e-mail, follow
the instructions in the e-mail, or refer to items 3-6 on
this page for instructions.
- Place the item(s) to return in their original packaging
along with ALL documentation and parts.
- Write your RMA# on a copy of your sales receipt (keep
the original for your records), and include the receipt
along with the item(s) to return.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS
or USPS Insured Parcel Post to ship the return.
- Send the item(s) to return, along with sales receipt,
to one of the following addresses (depending on which parcel
carrier you use)
