Shipping
Processing
WeatherConnection.com's goal is to ship your package within
one business day from the date you place the order, barring
any problems during processing. Orders placed after business
hours on Friday and during the weekend will generally be processed
on Monday. If there are difficulties with your order due to
credit card, billing, or shipping information, we will ship
your package as soon as is possible once those errors have
been remedied.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship parts
of orders to more than one address. If you need to send products
to more than one address, we ask that you make a separate
order for each address.
Shipping
Methods
WeatherConnection.com understands that you may need to have
your order shipped faster than our normal methods. Therefore,
we currently offer the following three levels of shipping
service to addresses within the Continental United States:
- UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail
- FedEx 3 Day
- FedEx 2 Day
- FedEx Standard Overnight
Packages addressed to the states of Alaska
and Hawaii, Post Office Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses will
be shipped via USPS Priority Mail; standard rates apply.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, FedEx Air shipping
service is also available. We ask that you contact us via
email for a quote. Please be sure to reference the product
number and description of the merchandise.
Delivery
Times
Shipping times vary, especially during the holiday seasons,
but once your package has left our warehouse you can expect
to receive it approximately:

Unfortunately, estimates cannot be made
for delivery to APO/FPO addresses or other destinations.
Tracking
Your Order
After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email
shipping notice, confirming that your package has been sent
to you. If we shipped your order via UPS or FedEx, the email
will also provide you with a tracking number and a direct
link to your tracking information in UPS or FedEx's tracking
database.
You can also track your package by going
to UPS's website (http://www.ups.com)
or by calling UPS's customer service toll-free at 800-PICK-UPS.
Make sure to have your tracking number ready. FedEx shipments
can be tracked at http://www.fedex.com
or by calling 800-GO-FEDEX.
International
Shipping
WeatherConnection.com normally ships to physical addresses
in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii via USPS),
P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO Boxes.
We also ship most of our products to Canada.
We ask that to place an International order to Canada, you
call one of our customer service representatives at (503)436-1844
who can help you place your order and can determine costs
for Canadian shipping:
- FedEx International Economy (4-5
days, tracking information available)
International shipping to other destinations
is not available at this time.
All international shipping rates
are exclusive of any charges due to customs, duties, taxes
and/or brokerage fees. Additionally, any charges due to customs,
duties, taxes, and brokerage fees will be your responsibility
upon receiving your order. If the fees are refused to the
carrier, you will be charged the exact amount for customs,
duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, plus a 10% handling charge.
Backordered
Items
WeatherConnection.com tries to keep our products continually
in stock. However, sometimes we are unable to have a product
available to a customer when they need it. If any item you
order is out of stock, it will be shipped to you as soon as
it is available. Your credit card will not be charged until
your order is completely filled and ready to be shipped to
you. If there is a delay of two weeks or more, we will notify
you via email.
